5. Payments and Refunds

Our refund policy allows for a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the course, provided you have not completed more than 25% of the course materials. After 7 days or if more than 25% of the course has been accessed, no refunds will be processed.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Yamamah and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You may not copy, modify, create derivative works from, display, perform, republish, download, store, transmit, or distribute any content from our Service without our prior written consent.

7. User Content

When you upload content to the Service, you retain your intellectual property rights. However, by uploading, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your content in any existing or future media formats.
